Cynthia has been a Real Estate Professional for 10 years. Her business ethic is very simple, “Integrity.” She treats every client with the same respect and compassion, as she would any friend or family member, and she provides the most professional and accurate business information for successful transactions. Cynthia feels that one of her best qualities is her ability and willingness to listen carefully to the client’s wishes and expectations in order to establish realistic results in the buying or selling process. This ability has been acquired and developed through her other career in Interior Design.
Cynthia was born in Minnesota, and lived in Florida and Texas, has an Interior Design background from North Texas State University, and later moved to Los Angeles. She loves the California climate and lifestyle, beautiful scenery, the mountains, ocean, and desert, that provides an ever changing landscape and opportunities for recreation. Cynthia has a passion for many charitable causes and constantly works at benefits and fundraisers to provide opportunities to lesser fortunate segments of our society. She is involved in the Shakespeare Club Scholarship fund and the Little PasadenaGarden Club.
Cynthia feels that the current real estate climate is one of the best in recent memory. You have all the opportunities of extremely low interest rates and relatively low market values for the buyers, but the market is also changing from a buyers market to a sellers market, and clients can take advantage of all the different opportunities and possibilities.
She retains membership in the various Historical and Architectural Heritage Societies, and attends many of the local cultural and artistic fundraisers.
Cynthia attends many continuing education seminars related to real estate, is a graduate of the Realtor Institute GRI, and excels at all the technological advances to serve her clients effectively. Her most recent accreditations have been in short sales/foreclosures, as well as Tax Initiatives and advantages related to real estate transactions.
Cynthia says: “Buyers should prepare themselves for a competitive marketplace regarding finances, letters of credit, loan approval documentation, and sufficient down payments in order to be successful in the buying process when opportunities present themselves.”
Cynthia says: “Sellers should present their properties in the best possible light and appearance. She can offer the kind of guidance and innovative ideas that will maximize the aesthetic appeal and property values.”
For either buyers or sellers, Cynthia has proven to possess excellent marketing and negotiating skills, and her calm and professional demeanor makes the process a positive experience.
Please consider these many attributes when considering buying or selling properties and add yourself to her long list of satisfied clients.
